Boil brown rice until tender or purchase microwavable ten-minute brown rice.
Mix brown rice and broccoli in a large frying pan or wok.
While rice and vegetables sauté, slice tofu into small squares or rectangles. Add tofu to the brown rice and broccoli-amount of tofu will vary upon preference. Gently stir in tofu.
Add Sun Bird's Stir-Fry Seasoning Mix to the pan or a preferred sauce. If using Sun Bird's Stir-Fry Seasoning Mix, add soy sauce, sugar, water and vegetable oil to the pan.
Mix ingredients gently every few minutes. Let sauté for 10 minutes or until broccoli is tender and tofu has browned.
