How to Make a vegetarian tofu bean & broccoli stir-fry

Stir-frying chopped vegetables with various ingredients on a kitchen counter.

Boil brown rice until tender or purchase microwavable ten-minute brown rice.

Mix brown rice and broccoli in a large frying pan or wok.

While rice and vegetables sauté, slice tofu into small squares or rectangles. Add tofu to the brown rice and broccoli-amount of tofu will vary upon preference. Gently stir in tofu.

Mix ingredients gently every few minutes. Let sauté for 10 minutes or until broccoli is tender and tofu has browned.
