Watch as Manjula prepares Indian vegetable cutlets. This vegetarian dish makes a great side dish or appetizer.

You will need:
·2 medium potatoes boiled peeled and mashed
·1 cup chopped mixed vegetables (green peas, carrots, green beans, corn)
·2 tablespoon chopped cilantro (green coriander)
·2 finally chopped green chili (adjust to your taste)
·1 teaspoon chopped ginger
·1 teaspoon salt (adjust to your taste)
·1 teaspoon mango powder
·3 tablespoon all purpose flour (plain flour or mada)
·1 cup breadcrumb
·Oil to fry
