Aaloo cholay sabzi or potato chickpea is a traditional Pakistani dish. It is a delicious, spicy concoction that is actually quite easy to prepare. No matter where in the world you are from, you will love this healthy dish with a Middle Eastern flair.

You Will Need:

* 1/4 onion chopped

*1 tsp ginger garlic paste

*2 medium sized tomatoes chopped

*1 small cup of pre-boiled/canned chick peas

*1 tsp achar/mixed picked

*2 medium sized potatoes

*1/2 tsp salt

*1/2 tsp zeera

*1/2 tsp red chili powder

*few seeds of onion seeds

*1/2 tsp of sauf/aniseed

*ground up coriander (cilantro) seeds
