If you're lived in the South, you may already know this next dish. If not, then prepare for a southern classic. It's called chow-chow or pickle relish. It takes a variety of different veggies (cucumbers, bell peppers, cabbage, onions) and you basically cook it to look almost like a liquid mixture, but it can be it's really fine. John took his to explain each step. Kept it simple and clear, by this I mean he gave explanation for different items. An example would be, the difference between regular cucumbers and pickling cucumbers. It was very helpful. Maybe add why people eat chow-chow and suggestions on what to eat it with. Thank you!
