How to Make Indian dahi vada with Manjula

Watch as Manjula shows you how to prepare lentil dumplings in yogurt, or as they are more commonly known in India dahi vada.

You will need:
3/4 cup wash moong dal
1/4 cup wash urad dal
Oil to fry

For garnishing:
1 1/2cup yogurt
1 teaspoon salt
1/2teaspoon red chilly powder
1/2teaspoon roasted cumin seed powder
3 tablespoon tamarind chutney
