Great video! I have seen lots growing out of a sandy ditch running off pasture land near where I live in West Cumbria, England! I am tempted to pick it, as I love water cress, but shy away as it is a 'ditch'. But the condition of the cress is of exceptional quality. Anyone any tips or ideas? Thanks in anticipation!
