In this video, we learn how to cook fried pumpkin. You will need: pumpkin, beaten egg, flour, and hot oil. First, take the pumpkin and place it into the egg. From here, pour the flour in a bag and then put the pumpkin in side the bag and shake it until it's coated. Next, place the pumpkin pieces into a skillet that has hot oil in it. Cook the pumpkin on both sides until it's dark golden brown everywhere. Place these onto a paper towel to drain the excess oil. Sprinkle on some salt and enjoy these with sauce or anything you would like!
