How To: Cook artichokes in a crock pot

The vegetables are then placed into the crock pot stem down. Between the pedals of each artichoke add lemon, olive oil, and salt for seasoning. The next step to the seasoning process is adding stuffed garlic inside each of the pedals. Pour half a cup of white wine and fill the bottom of the crock pot with two inches of water in order to keep the artichokes moist with steam. Cook on the highest setting with a lid on until they are tender.
